We recently made some technical changes to allow our website to handle our brand NEW macro-controlled menu! Sadly, these changes have meant the 'REORDER' button will disappear... BUT it will REAPPEAR after you customise your first order!
If you can't see the 'REORDER' button on an old order, this means the order is not configured to match the new menu and you will need to customise your meal plan from the order page. Click HEREto select your meal plan OR Click HERE to book in an advisor callback to help you with your order!

How long can I store your meals for?
Fitness Meals are delivered FRESH and can be stored for 2 weeks in the refrigerator. Always refer to the 'Best Before' date on the product label.
Are our meals halal certified?
All of our meals & produce are sourced from halal certified suppliers EXCEPT for our Kangaroo Mince, Pulled Pork and Middle Eastern Kofta Meals.
Are the meals fresh and how are they kept fresh?
All of our meals are delivered FRESH and are never frozen. After you place your order our chefs will get to work on cooking them and vacuum sealing each meal component to lock in the maximum amount of FRESHNESS. They will then be transported in cool storage vans to your desired delivery location. Our insulated delivery boxes also contain cold packs that help them behave like a little FRIDGE, keeping your food chilled for longer!
If I’m not there to receive my meals, what will happen?
Provided the location appears safe with little risk of theft or tampering, our couriers will leave your meals at your doorstep or another location if instructed otherwise. Our insulated delivery boxes contain cold packs to help keep your meals chilled for longer, but we do recommend transferring your meals into your refrigerator as soon as possible.

If my meals are left out, will they go bad?
Fitness Meals boxes are fitted with insulation and cold packs that will keep your meals cool for between 3 - 5 hours (depending on weather conditions)
Will I need to unsubscribe to stop receiving meals?
Fitness Meals does not lock you into lasting contracts, so you won’t receive any meals you don’t order yourself.
When is the delivery cut-off? and how long until I receive my meals?
The majority of delivery cut-offs happen on Sunday at midnight if you wish to receive your meals during the following week. Many home delivery areas and pickup points have unique cut-offs and arrival times, so make sure you take note of them before finalising your order.

You’re outside my delivery range. Is there any additional fee I can pay to get my meals home delivered or sent to a different pickup point?
Unfortunately our couriers schedules are too strict to add in any extra routes. However, any expressions of interest will help indicate where we should expand our delivery range to next.
