Legs are known as being the hardest body part to train, some people (including myself), get a little nervous or anxious prior to leg training because they know what's to come!
Here I outline 3 tips to training legs properly & tips to get you focused!
1. Train your mind & visualize - Plan your workout ahead of time & imagine yourself going through the workout and how the pump & strain on the muscle is going to feel. Also if your struggling to push past the pain barrier imagine how hard you'd be going if Mr Olympia or your favourite bodybuilding or athlete was standing there watching you train.
2. Pressing Technique - Point your toes out, track your knees over your toes, keep your butt out & ensure your arch your lower back & not your upper back.
3. Train with intensity - Many people over complicate leg training, what I notice is anyone that train legs incredibly hard with extreme intensity seem to have much better legs than the guys & girls that just tend to go through the motions.
